Bremner Charolais has been raising and selling bulls since 1979.

We presently calve 130 cows and Lori and myself both have full time jobs.

Calving ease is a necessity on our farm. Cows and heifers calve on their own or are culled from the herd.

Over the years we have found that it is the number of calves you wean that makes the most money not how big you can make them.

In 2006 we calved 130 cows and pulled two calves from heifers and zero pulls on the cow herd on normally presented calves.

Cory with his 4H project at MacDonalds for a “Guess The Weight of the Cow” contest and fundraiser in September 2006. Bremners Peaches weighed in at 1240 pounds. Bremners Quarter Pounder 882S weighted 660 pounds at 188 days of age – 3.51 WPDA, not bad for a first calf heifer. The 4H program raised $1180 for the beef education programs.
