Red McRae's Reba Lee now owned by Mile High Cattle Co and Lazy MC Ranch, Alberta made the TOP TEN in the ROYAL BANK SUPREME SHOW.
Reba Lee Also made the top 5 in the Canadian Angus Show Female of the Year. Quite an accomplishment and we are very proud of this Red McRae's Vision 50T female. Watch for her heifer calf in Denver 2012.

Congratulations to Riley's Red Angus on a strong set of Red Angus Cattle in their recent dispersal.  2nd Top Selling Female  was bred by Mar Mac Farms, out of a female purchased at the Red Coat Advantage Sale.

July - Blair, Lois and Brett took on an AI Program this spring breeding a number of heifers

The largest group was 1430 heifers at Cloverleaf Cattle Co, Elgin. These females were AI ed to Final Answer and Big Sky check out their web site www.cloverleafcattleco.com for more details on these heifers. Thanks to all our AI helpers and any producers we AIed for in 2011. Call us for details on this Custom AI program.

A large crowd of 275+ people attended the 7th Annual Mar Mac Farms and Guests Bull Sale on the farm. Everyone enjoyed a roast beef lunch and you could support the South Brandon - Carroll 4-H by buying a piece of homemade pie. Mar Mac Farms, Brandon along with Downhill Simmentals, Rapid City and Perkin Land and Cattle , Elgin were the hosts for the day. A fund raising auction for the Kids for Cancer and the Canadian Angus Foundation raised $ 750.00 in the sale of Pies and Cheesecakes.

Auctioneer- Jerry Kanewischer along with Ted Serhienko, Nathan Marin and Helge By conducted the auction.
